In November, Iranians were among the top foreign buyers in Turkey, buying 1,406 homes.
The Turkish Statistics Institute announced in a report on Tuesday that housing sales in November, according to which Iranian citizens are among the first buyers of homes in the country with the purchase of 1406 houses.
This month, housing sales to foreigners increased by 48.4% to 7,363 compared to the same month last year.
According to the statistics, a total of 178,814 houses were sold in November, of which 4.1%, or 7,363, were bought by foreign nationals.
Istanbul ranks first in terms of home sales to foreigners with 2,922 sales.
Iranian citizens topped the list in November this year with 1406 housing purchases, followed by Iraqis with 1,075 and Russians with 836.
