This campaign offers maturity difference from 0.69%, 15-year maturity, 10% down payment, installment rate not exceeding 30% of household income and ease of payment for the first 3 years.
With the discussed financing model, people can have houses in 81 provinces that have been completed and are in progress at a certain rate, and new projects that have signed a guarantee contract with banks.
Spouses who want to benefit from this program must not own a house above them and have not sold a house in the last year. The purchased house will not be sold for 5 years, the new house will be a condition of one year residence.
